SRL - online
Setting up an SRL online can be done in two ways, both without counter visits. The difference is who does the work and how much you pay.
Via an online service (startco)
A wizard that generates and files your dossier based on your answers. Fast and guided, but you pay for a service and an office cost.
Via the ONRC portal
The official route, filed directly by you through the ONRC portal. No middleman to pay, but you do all the work and need a digital signature.
Both reach the same result: a valid SRL, with documents received electronically. If you want full control and minimal cost, go with ONRC. If you want speed and less hassle with the forms, an online service helps.
