In short: this is a free educational resource about setting up the business side of being a game developer in Romania. You can read it, learn from it and share the link. The usage rules are below.

The content is practical guidance written from personal experience. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Laws, taxes and official steps change often, so always check the information at the official source (ONRC, ANAF) or with an accountant before making decisions. I take no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of this site alone.

The author and copyright holder of the content is Radu Ziemba. The texts, structure and materials on this site are mine or used with their authors' permission.
